"You have a far better chance in life winning as part of a team than as an individual." this quote was by Bill Bowerman this is one of the most inspirational quotes i've ever read, i can relate to this because i play sports.... Being part of team and having the same objectives to reach goals, is a good thing 1 person cannot make a team win, you have to win together. Teamwork is very important me because it makes things alot easier to accomplish. Teamwork has become an important part of the working culture and many businesses now look at teamwork skills when evaluating a person for employment. Most companies realize that teamwork is important because either the product is sufficiently complex that it requires a team with multiple skills to produce, and/or a better product will result when a team approach is taken. Therefore, it is important that students learn to function in a team environment so that they will have teamwork skill when they enter the workforce. Also, research tells us that students learn best from tasks that involve doing tasks and involve social interactions......

History Of Nike

Just Learned about the history of Nike, i was suprised to know that Nike is a greek mythology God who is the Goddess of Victory. Nike was Co founded by Bill Bowerman & Phil Knight. Portland Oregon is the homeland of Nike where it all begin...Nike plays a major role in sports and fitness, basketball,football,soccer,tennis, track & field. Nike continues to seek new and innovative ways to develop superior athletic products, and creative methods to communicate directly with our consumers.Bill Bowerman was a nationally respected track and field coach at the University of Oregon, who was constantly seeking ways to give his athletes a competitive advantage. He experimented with different track surfaces, re-hydration drinks and most importantly innovations in running shoes. Phil Knight was a talented middle-distance runner from Portland, who enrolled at Oregon in the fall of 1955 and competed for Bowerman’s track program. Upon graduating from Oregon,he earned his MBA in finance from Stanford University, where he wrote a paper that proposed quality running shoes could be manufactured in Japan that would compete with more established German brands. But his letters to manufacturers in Japan and Asia went unanswered, so Knight took a chance. After that they made history! I MisUnderstood U

Damn... looks can be deceiving, when i first saw you, something told me to speak to you. When i did it was cool, little did i know to take it slow wit you... conversating with you each day drew me closer to you.. I never felt this way before, thought i was losing my mind for a moment.. U kept it 100, never held anything back 4rm me, said whateva wuz on ur mind... You and I had somewhat in common, went through the same struggles ,trying to adjust to somewhere new... It was kinda hard 4 me to express my feelings to you because we were just friends. It ran through my mind everytime i saw you. Knowing the situation you were in i didnt want to jeopardize our friendship. So I kept it to myself, its been a year since we've known each other and kept my feelings inside for so long.... I had to let it out. I was afraid telling you would change our friendship with each other. In which it did....

Peep Game

Nowadays u got fellas screamin "Ahey gurl lemme holla at cha 4 min" and wonder why they dont ever get a response back, i've peeped game cuz i use to use that pick up line and it neva really worked..... What most dudes fail to realize is that if u approach a female correctly most of the time you will get a response back. I wish i had the mindset that i have now back then when i wuz younger, i probably would've had a chick that i really wanted. It aint complex at all u see a chick that ur really interested in go up to her and introduce urself. Most dudes dont have the balls to step up to a chick and holla @ em they usually send a messenger to talk for them,u lose mad cool points for that. I can honestly say that i was afraid of rejection, i just felt that being rejected brought down my confidence level to a minimum, now when i get rejected from a chick i look back and figure out what i did wrong and build up 4rm there. It made things much easier for me, so peep game fellas

Happy Birthday Big Bro, its sad that you didnt live to see the age of 27.... i look back and think of all the good times we had together growing up, you taught me alot during the years and cherished every moment, you were always there for me when i needed you. Its really hard to believe that your not here but datz how life iz tomorrow is never promised.... Dealing with your death not only made me a stronger individual, it also opened my eyes, it made appreciate the greater things in life, and i wont ever take it for granted. I thank God each day for giving me strength to move on, it was very difficult at first but i managed. Continue to watch over me and the fam we miss u dearly and may god bless your soul. Rest In Peace My Brother... I Love U....

My Thoughts On Relationships

I really dont have a problem wit relationships, honestly i dont know what it feels like anymore cuz its been like forever since i've been in one, last tyme i remember i believe i was 15, im 24 yrs old now so its been a while.... Females have a hard time believing that i've been single for such a long period of time they look at me like im crazy . Being in a relationship has its Pros & Cons, so it is what it is. I guess through the years i was actually understanding myself, knowing what i want out of a relationship, so when that opportunity comes i'll be ready.....

Three Kings In South Beach

I cant believe that is is actually true man honestly, i kinda predicted it but i thought it was up in the air. I've been a Miami heat fan for since wade first came into the league. Now that he has surrounding talent around him look for great things to happen next season in the NBA. Lebron i wanna say u made the right choice man you did ur thang in cleveland, sorry things didnt go the way u expected it to but at the end of the day this is a business. I think that the cleveland fans are going way overboard wit dis... you put in hard 7 yrs of hard work and still came up short. Honestly the front office should be the one to blame because they couldnt get good talent around you. Chris Bosh is going to help us with rebounds because he is a great rebounder and can spread the defense. I cant wait til you guys come into orlando, i will get tickets to that game and get my heat jersey.. as a matter of fact im gonna order that real soon. 2 all the haters out there sorry but the band wagon is already full..... Earth Is Not My Home

Lord Help me to realize how brief my time on earth will be. Help me to know that i am here for but a moment more. Christians should carry spiritual green cards to remind us that our citizenship is in Heaven. My identity is in eternity and my homeland is heaven. Life is a test, a trust, and a temporary assignment. Earth is not my home; we were created for something much better. We fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. May 14 2005 God called you home. I never understood why but it aint good to judge the lord and his decisions. If its ur time to go then its time to go. I felt as if you left so soon. There were so much things we had to do dat we aint get a chance to pursue. For a moment i thought that we would grow old together, look back and talk about all the good ol times we had. Things never go as u expect them too, one day ur hear next day ur gone. Tomorrow is never promised, thats why im always thankful to God for allowing me to see another day. Its been 5 yrs since you left, and i still can't believe that ur not here. Alot of things have changed, ur mom moved up to Georgia, i visited a couple of times the house is beautiful. You should see lil sophie now, she's all grown up now, going to college. Tayana is doing fine and lil moses looks just like you, every time i look at him i see you in him. He a big boi i think he finna be a football or a basketball player da kid is growing LOL... Ur Moms is doing ok, but she has her days man she misses u so much, actually we all do. What I miss the most is when we us to battle it out in Madden, boi we use to go at it like it was a championship game. I still play it but it aint the same without you bro 4 real, its kinda boring, sometimes i imagine that im playing you just to kick up some excitement. I know we'll see each other again someday, but until then Rest In Peace Bro.. I Luv Man!

My Godson Christopher

The day God brought you into this world on March 16, 2008, was the best day that i can remember. 2008 in general was going very bad for me, Dealing with the lost of my friend Wille "G Ryder " Loiseau in a tragic car accident. I was so depressed and sad because it felt like i lost another brother... I remember the first day you came home from the hospital i was so excited i thought it wuz my first child. I was a lil scared to hold you cuz u were so small,but i did. After that day things were starting to get better. When u leave ur trust in GOD good things always happen..... slowly but shortly... I love u like a father loves his son. I wanna thank my Boi Franky & Norine 4 creating such a cute being.... Now Ur 2 Yrs Old and running around like crazy, u can sure eat like ur uncle too...
